I agree w/ your sentiment but the gov doesn't like to wait for their money


If penalties were waived I would think that would have been blasted all over the place and I haven't seen that. As a precaution I overpaid a bit this past year, but mostly because my tax status has changed a lot due to retirement, I'm confused and wanted to be safe. 2019 I can dial it in a little more.
